Prague Czechia

My first trip to Prague was in 1985, and I really fell hard for it. If you love medieval cities built on a beautiful river, with miles and miles of absolutely stunning architecture, a long colorful history, bridges with statuary and vendors selling art and jewelry, rich flavorful food and excellent ice-cold lagers, then you’ve come to the right place. Even during the Communist years, it was lively and abundant.

Since that first trip, I have returned four more times. Each time I am astonished at how busy and crowded it has become, but you should definitely not let that deter you. It’s a great place to spend a week; there is so much to see and you can honestly spend hours just walking around, exploring each narrow street and alleyway.
